The value for the money spent was excellent, with a clean room, AC, and a private bathroom. The location was great, with clear signages making it easy to find, and the staff, especially Abdul, were extremely kind and provided excellent service.
The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I had the most wonderful Christmas stay in a traditional and beautifully decorated house in the middle of a busy area. The breakfast was lovely and varied each morning, with a rooftop terrace offering stunning views of the city. the bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the premises.
Being an old house in a bustling area, the bathroom became quite humid, which might be uncomfortable for some guests. Nonetheless, staff did their best to minimise it with a well-functioning ventilation system.

The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling heart of the Medina, surrounded by vibrant streets and alleys. It is situated between two main streets, making it easy to explore the busy city center and try local cuisine. the rooms are cozy and well-furnished, offering a comfortable stay.
The staff's communication skills were a letdown, causing inconvenience and miscommunication during the stay.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. the complementary tea upon arrival was a nice touch. the location was great, within walking distance to the major attractions. the rooftop had a stunning view of the city.
The room was disappointing. My twin bed was pushed up against the wall, making it uncomfortable to move around.
